Custom Programming
We are unique in the sofware industry because we are willing to change our software to suit your needs. If you require our software to do something specific that you need, then we encourage you to submit a Request For Service (RFS) for the functionality. We will review the request and get back to you with a estimate in terms of time and cost.
Once you recieve our estimate and everything is satisfactory we will collect a 50% deposit and begin programming. After the custom work is complete we will collect the remaining 50% for the work, and install your custom functionality for you. All current custom programming rates will apply.
Training
Our trainers are standing by to give first time instruction or refreshment courses for new and existing employees. The majority of our training is scheduled in advance and done via webcasts. In addition to our web training courses we have a large conference room in our office that can comfortably seat 10 people. If the need is great the option also exists for our trainers to come to your offices and do on-site training.
All training is billed at our normal hourly rate, and any extra travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the client.
